Q: What are my expectations as a group member?

A: Our only expectation is that you join with an open mind and with the intention on personal growth and healing. Participation is encouraged but never required. If you'd like to utilize the space to receive weekly remote healings and guidance, we're here for you.

Q: How do I "tune in" to the weekly energy healings?

A: Energy is not bound by space or time. This group was founded on the belief that everyone should have access to healing, even those with busy schedules. Remote energy will be sent to members on Sunday's starting at 10:00AM (EST), but if you're unavailable at that time, you can tune in at any point during the week. To "tune in" to the healing, imagine that you were sent a non-physical "package" in which you get to open when you have the time and mindset to do so. Close your eyes and intend on receiving - and you will receive. For best results, set aside a minimum of 10 minutes where you will be uninterrupted. Turn on some relaxing music, go out in nature, or whatever it takes for you to feel relaxed. Once relaxed, the energy will flow right to you.

Q: What if I can't make it to a Sunday healing session? Do I have to RSVP or check in?

A: Upon joining the group, your name and energetic signature will join with the collective of the group. When group healing sessions are performed, you will be automatically included in this. No need to RSVP, or "check in" prior to the session. These Sunday sessions are asynchronous and the beauty of Remote Reiki/Energy Healing is that it will be there for you whenever you are ready.
